Winterbrook Realty, Inc.
WRIFully integrated real estate brokerage providing services throughout the Pacific Northwest with headquarters office located on Vashon Island since 2009, representing buyers and sellers with residential and commercial properties. Winterbrook never "represents" both sides of any transaction, thereby avoiding an industry common conflict of interest.
Vashon Property Management
VPMVPM provides leasing and property management services for residential, vacation, and commercial property owners. VPM is the oldest property manager on Vashon Island and is now also serving the Seattle-Tacoma Metro market.
Winterbrook Mexico
WMWM provides real estate transaction, leasing and property management services, and VRBO and Airbnb vacation rental management in San Miguel de Allende and Mazatlán. WM staff includes fluent English and Spanish speaking agents and managers.
Pacific Realty Partners, LLC
PRPPRP organizes and manages partnership investments in housing and retail centers. PRP acquisitions are defined by at least one of the two following characteristics: They are (1) "contrarian", buying when the market is in disfavor and selling when the market is heated and/or they are (2) "risk minimized" by some clearly articulated condition or conditions specific and unique to the property.
